A day in the life of... Esmerelda

I am responsible for making sure that what we as a team have promised, is delivered on time and of the best quality. It is important to me that work is 100% correct and that clients receives the best quality of work and that their financials are compliant. 

I start my day with coffee and an update from everyone in the office about what they are busy with and what their set-ups/hold-ups are. If I can help by phoning or explaining, I do this as soon as possible because I want to ensure we get the work out in time.

Annja and I spend a lot of time on the phone discussing clients, problems, successes, and plans. I love these chats.

A typical day consists of, checking pipeline, making sure billing gets done, preparing financial statements, preparing tax returns, assisting clients with queries, helping staff with their workload, thinking about solutions for client problems, managing Anlo affairs etc.

But it is the best job in the world, and I love what I do.
